Refund & Exchanges Policy

Returns

  • The items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.( IMAGES WILL BE REQUIRED )
  • ALL packages must be returned with a tracking number.
  • No items containing: "stains, makeup, deodorant, or any other proof that it has been worn" will be accepted.
  • Return packages must include "original packing slip" to ensure it is properly processed.

Our policy lasts 15 days. 15 days passed your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchanges will be accepted.


To return your product, email us at: info@royaltybeauty.ca to get our return details.

Once we issue you with a return address, you are responsible for returning the item as soon as possible. All returns must be sent tracked so we can keep up to date with the status of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please be advised that “Royalty Beauty” does not cancel any orders or do any exchanges for any product on our online store. Please, make sure your order is correct before finalizing your order and making your final payment.

Due to the nature of our beauty products and COVID-19 security measures, all sales are final for sanitary precautions. The health and security of our clients comes first!
